I (Andrew Ross) have created Restoration Care and Counseling to provide evidence based and leading edge interventions including EMDR, CBT, IFS, and EFT as well as attuned, empathic conversation to help people move toward a more abundant life. As owner of this small private practice I work primarily with adult individuals dealing with challenges such as anxiety, high stress, PTSD, and depression. I prefer a strengths based, goal oriented approach, drawing on assessments, practical tools, the power of visualization, and the generation of new and empowering experiences. I want every client to walk away feeling strong, capable, self compassionate, and ready to bless the world. I have seen many clients achieve these things and I continually strive to grow personally and professionally to help client's achieve ever better outcomes.
